SP Dynamis Nx Line
The SP Dynamis Nx Line from Fotona is a versatile multi-application laser system with the capabilities to perform over one hundred treatments across a wide array of aesthetic, medical, gynaecological and dermatological fields. It’s the perfect tool for both experienced practitioners and novices.
The device works by combining to two-gold-standard laser wavelengths: Nd:YAG and ErL:YAG. Together, these wavelengths work to give the SP Dynamis NX Line comprehensive, minimally-invasive capabilities. The SP Dynamis also uses the same dual wavelength system as its more recent iteration, utilising the Er:Yag and Nr:Yag wavelengths to carry out its minimally invasive treatments. The Er:Yag gives the device the ability to perform highly precise work on the surface of the skin, whilst the Nr:Yag allows the laser to penetrate to the deeper tissue layers.
The SP Dynamis truly is a versatile device, capable of performing even minor surgical operations. XS Dynamis
The Fotona XS Dynamis is a medical laser system specialised to the field of aesthetics and dermatology, where it is capable of performing versatile treatments.
The XS Dynamis primarily uses an Er:Yag wavelength laser, which operates on a surface-level but at a highly precise degree. XP Dynamis

The laser system utilises two separate wavelength lasers: the Nd:YAG and the surgical QCW Nd:YAG. When these lasers work in concert, they give the XP Dynamis incredible deep-tissue treatment capabilities. StarWalker® PQX
Like the StarWalker MaXQ, the StarWalker PQX is one of the highest-performing aesthetic lasers in the field of tattoo removal and other pigmentation related treatments. However, whilst the StarWalker MaXQ provides minimally damaging thermal treatments, the StarWalker PQX goes above and beyond in providing non-invasive solutions to tattoo and pigmentation removal.
The radical innovation of this device is that it uses an advanced ultra-short picosecond laser system – which results in a photoaucoustic effect rather than a thermal one.
